Incredibly unorganized pharmacy. Many times I will come in to pick up a prescription and wait 30 mins or more in line only to find out it is not ready and I will need to come back. I have stage 4 cancer and often times the prescriptions I need to function in daily life are not available and someone over the phone will tell me they will be ready by certain date and that typically is a lie. Not much care goes into the customer and their life and it seems communication between staff is limited or non existent.

Tanya, in this pharmacy, went above and beyond the call of duty to track down a hard-to-find medication in stock at another pharmacy for me, before I had to leave town! Bravo, and thanks sooo much!😊

👎VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER👎 Awful customer service👎I was told it would be 30 min for prescriptions. After 30 min wait I was told another 15 minutes... again and again ended up being over 2 hours I waited. WHY can't they just tell people it's going to be a long wait you may want to go home and come back tomorrow. Why can't they say we are backed up, or looks like these meds might take longer??? Also staff is so rude like they are being tortured to work there. Very unprofessional people lacking basic customer service skills!! No smiling allowed? Obviously they are miserable humans lacking adult communication skills, if you don't like your job you should find a new one. I work customer service and at the very least they could say thank you for your patience or we apologize for the wait, nothing but grumpy rude short service!! My insurance company makes me use Safeway pharmacy, this is the nearest one to my house, otherwise I would have to travel to the valley. Is this the best you can do Safeway?
