Excellent staff. Knowledgeable, helpful, and very efficient. Would not go anywhere else. Save your time from the long lines at Walgreens!

I wish they still had the same pharmacy employees as they did when it was Albertsons! Ever since they switched from Albertsons they have been nothing but a nightmare to work with! Between saying a prescription will be ready in 20minutes and having to wait a hour and a half. To calling to see if a prescription has been sent over and being told "yeah but it'll be a while". And when I ask about what time maybe? I'm told " I couldn't even tell you it's going to be that long! " cool thanks for the help! I can't find a new place fast enough!

My wife gets her perscripstions filled at this pharmacy, unfortunately. It close, but far from convenient. Every time I go to get her perscripstions filled and picked up 95% of the time, there is some type of issue. Recently, my wife was discharged from the hospital after surgery and needed to get a couple of perscripstions filled for her, as she was in great pain after arriving home. I had dropped off the perscripstions for her and returned approximately 30 minutes later for pick up, and to you guessed it, another issue. I was told that they filled one perscripstion, but not the other. I had asked why, and they stated, that it was a duplicate perscripstion and she had already had that perscripstion recently filled. I had stated even if it is a higher dose? She had replied yes, and that my wife needs to call her doctor and have him or his staff contact the pharmacy. As a lay person and not in the pharmacy field. You would believe that when you drop off a prescription(s) that they would be fulfilled and pick them up when ready without any issues or hassle from pharmacy staff. Well not so the case with this pharmacy unfortunately. My wife experiencing a lot of pain and relaying the message from the pharmacy that they did not fulfill one of her perscripstions, needless to say she had to make several phone calls to get this pharmacy to fulfill her perscripstion. You want to believe that as a pharmacist you would question why is this a duplicate perscripstion and call to verify to see if there was a change in regards to a recent prescription that was fulfilled. It's called doing your due diligence.Instead my wife needed to do the pharmacies job for them and get it fulfilled. Most people don't know all the in's and out's of how a pharmacy operates when they drop off perscripstions and then pick them up. If there is any question in regards to a perscripstion being fulfilled you believe that the pharmacy would follow up and verify the perscription and not put it off on the patient's and make it there responsibility. In summary we can put things on other planets and into space, but don't have the technology to see and verify a doctor's prescription without making it a patient's responsibility and making there day even more difficult than it already is. Shame on you...
