DO NOT COME HERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS UNLESS YOU'RE OKAY WITH MISSING MEDICATION REFILLS/DOSAGES FOR WEEKS AT A TIME!!! I've missed multiple weeks of my hormone treatments because they told me over the phone that they had my refills ready, until I got there and then they no longer had any in stock. This has happened more time than I can count. Not just with my testosterone, but also my syringes, needles, and my other medications. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD! I called yesterday and asked the pharmacy manager what they can do to prevent this from happening again, he told me there was nothing he could do. His advice was to ask for a medication transfer, I don't have the time to go traveling around to find a refill at another location. This is inexcusable. Their job is to provide the medications their customers order/refill. He told me that they put in orders and sometimes they don't bring testosterone, I'm sure there are steps they can take to better confirm with their delivery system that they will be getting all of the prescription orders when they order them. The fact that I was told that there was they could do to provide better service is gross and a huge safety concern. If the pharmacy manager cannot perform their job, then how am I supposed to trust Safeway with my health and wellbeing? Again this has caused me to miss weeks and weeks worth of injections, causing my hormone levels to become unbalanced. This should not even be a problem, let alone a problem that has happened more time than I could possibly count. I am absolutely fed up with the service that this location has provided.
