Horrible worst pharmacy ever. They always forget to give me some medicine and send me a text and called me to go pick up. I tried to ask a question about the medicine then the guy who I talked to yell at me if will I take it or no. That was not my fault. I was supposed to take this medicine with others but they didn’t give me so I finished other ones already without taking this one. so I asked if that was okay and do I still need take this medicine and he got mad at me and yelled at me.
I’m wondering if it’s happen to other ppl.

Picked up my HRT here in the past and every time was given a hassle about it, eventually forcing me to use another pharmacy. The rules for how the prescription had to be sent seemed to change after the first pickup, they never tried to ask for prior authorizations from my doctor unless I went back and forth between both sides myself for hours at a time. Had zero issue with any other medications here so I don't really have any good ideas for what the problem could have been!

I honestly have had nothing but fantastic experiences at this Pharmacy and I come once a month. Everyone is always so friendly in person and on the phone. The manager has even been kind enough to give me advice on a tougher situation that he really didn't need to help with. I tried to move my prescription to a Pharmacy closer to my house and every experience with them has been awful. Then i tried to move it to a different place and that experience sucked too. I'm finally saying "forget the extra ten minute drive" and coming back to this Pharmacy.
