ZERO, YOU SCORE A ZERO 4 phone calls and 2 transfers from Walgreens in Sequim, I still don't have my medications. Maybe it will be in " the next load" ????? Months later, 2 phone calls 1 reminder to actually ORD ER the medications still I wait. What the ??????? How many of the staff would like to wait for necessary medications?
I stood in line to check if my meds were ready. They weren't yet, which was fine, just trying to plan my day. When I asked about how long it would be I got a snotty "well, it depends on how many times the pharmacist gets interrupted."
The pharmacist gets interrupted. It is part of her job to answer questions about meds. It's not something to get irritated about.
Don't take your irritation out on a customer.
If you hate your job so much you can't be pleasant to others then you need to change your life.
I will patiently wait for my meds, just need an estimate so I can plan accordingly.
Next time I will consider a different pharmacy. I loved the Safeway Pharmacy in my last town. So sad that the standard of service isn't met at every location.
