It's worth the drive to Walmart to use their farmacy even though Safeway and rite aid are just a couple blocks from my house. I have waited in line for ridiculous amounts of time even when the line is short. They always seam as if it's everyone's first day ever working in a pharmacy. They never have my son's prescription right or ready. I have to go through a huge time consuming ordeal to get it straightened out. Which is terrible being that it's usually over my 6 year olds rescue Albuterol inhaler! They act as if his asthma attacks are scheduled or something. And really it's only been this specific pharmacy at this Safeway. I have used the pharmacy at a coue other Safeways before for years and have never had problems. It's just the one in Centralia. The whole place inside and outside is a constant zoo!

Don’t even bother. Service is often awful, I have trouble filling prescriptions frequently. Their attitude is even worse. Dealing with someone needing medication you would think they would be a bit compassionate. Please stop assuming everyone abuses the system. My dog has seizure and I have to fight constantly to get his meds.

The service here is terrible. The hours they are open is incorrect. They are open till 8 pm. So don't pay attention to there posted hours. One lady was judgemental on my prescription, even though it's really none of her business what I am prescribed. Chose a different pharmacy. Trust me..
