"Their incompetence is their main competency."
I've run out of one medication, I put it through the automated system, I've been waiting over a week. They won't answer their phones ALL WEEK. I've called probably 20 times. Finally dropped in today and they said "oh your medication is here somewhere, we'll find it, and we'll text you that it is ready in about 20 minutes". Shock surprise, no text, it has been a couple of hours, and of course they won't answer their phones so I can't find out if it is ready (or not).
I asked them why they weren't answering their phones, and they said "we've been busy", but when I got there, the line was empty and four of them were standing around chatting. One of them couldn't just answer the phone?
They said "if you are out of the medication, you should have flagged it as urgent". I said "I did, and you still haven't filled it, and it has been a week".....
At this point my only option is to go in there and see them, because the automated system doesn't seem to work, and they won't answer their phone.
