Starbucks was closed at 5:15 pm. I asked the cashier if someone could get me a cup of ice, she said I don’t think so , she asked someone else and he said no. Thank you for reminding me to be grateful for good customer service when it happens.

Disrespectful of customer privacy and time.
They regularly, loudly announce private information.
Also, they don't adhere to appointment times. They may well be busy during your appointment time, which I understand. However, they then tell you to come back in 10 minutes, take more walk-ins during that time, then tell you they're busy again and again come back later.

Not sure if the tech working on Dec. 22 and Dec. 23 was new or just lazy (sounded like the latter, with his attitude of "that will take a lot of work"), but he denied a prescription transfer request from another pharmacy in Seattle because "it's not something that is done," though pharmacists in the area disagreed with him and said it has been done-- the pharmacists at CVS nearby had it out with him over the phone. So now my sister is 3,000 miles away from her home pharmacy, during a pandemic at Christmas, without necessary daily medication because the tech felt like being lazy. I'll be spending Christmas monitoring my sister since she can't take her daily medication now. Hope that tech sleeps well at night knowing they willingly messed with someone's body and health. Save your troubles and go elsewhere.
