I feel really bad for the pharmacy staff at this safeway because it is so unorganized and understaffed. This low rating is not directed at any individuals but the pharmacy as a whole. No one ever answers the phone making it impossible to check for inventory before sending prescriptions to this location. If you have other options, my suggestion would be to avoid this pharmacy.
They genuinely just never answer the phone. I called every 2 hours for a week and never once got an answer. Many prescriptions can't be done via the app. I'll be looking for another pharmacy because physically going there TWICE any time I need a refill just isn't realistic.
When I asked the pharmacist about it, they just straight up said they don't answer the phones. Baffling.
