They never leave voicemails, so I never know when my scripts are ready. The pharmacy tech was kinda inpatient. Also, they randomly close for an hour for lunch during the middle of the day. No way to know in advance if they'll be open or not.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the type of service and competence I would expect in a war torn third world country. It took me three attempts, 2 twenty minute waits and one 35 minute wait to get a prescription refill. Making the choice to never come back here, id rather drive to the suburbs than deal with this horribly managed place again.

They're pretty good. Staff have returned my phone calls, they will do things like print out all your Rx for last year. The text messaging interface to refill prescriptions works well, but for a new order it doesn't seem to text you the Rx is ready.
