The customer service at this pharmacy is getting worse. The pharmacist and the technician change every week or every month and they fo not care for the patients. They are rude and unflexible.

We've done our travel shots at this pharmacy clinic for years including flu shots and shingles vaccines. They are fantastic. Very thorough & responsive. And, excellent follow-through. Plus, they are very nice. This is our go-to place!

Absolute worst staff I've had the displeasure of working with. They were unable to find me in the system and had me call my insurance provider. My insurance provider verified that everything was indeed in order. When I relayed this information to Betty a few minutes later, she told me she had to confirm, it ended up being an issue on Safeway's end - their incompetence cost me 45 minutes of waiting. The rudeness and incompetence will ensure that I never step foot in this store again.
