Awful. Elizabeth is a lazy pharmacist that will make you do her job for her. The staff in general here is incompetent and unable to admit to making a mistake. I've been on beta blockers for years. I get 60 pills a month. It's dangerous to stop taking this medicine without tapering under the care of a doctor. When I asked for a refill this month they'd changed the prescription to dispense 7(I'm looking at the bottles now, same prescription number). When I called to fix this they refused to admit to a mistake then asked my doctor to write 7 more. When I spoke to Elizabeth this morning she argued with me, would not admit to a mistake, told me to fix it myself with a new prescription from my doctor, and refused to tell me her manager's name until I raised my voice.
This is juxtaposed with the Shadle Walmart where the same mistake was made with my partner's medicine. I called, explained what happened and the pharmacist apologized then fixed the mistake.
The Shadle Safeway has another lazy pharmacist that won't call to have scripts transferred. Avoid Safeway like the plague. They think they're entitled to your business without even meeting basic industry standards.
