Denied me use of a basket with my service animal at night she said. Anytime of day a person has to ask a manager to get one for them from behind the service desk. After they size you up theyll decide if you can use one or not. Well i needed more that one item and they refused. I did not want to go oast the usual 3 or more crack heads on the porch to get a big cart so I had to set my items down at a register said id be right back had to grab something and since they denied me hand basket well they put my stuff back. I ten waited waaay too long while they tried to find someone to go get my frozen item. Nobody available so self checkout girl who denied my hand basket usage after asking her supervisor had to go get my frozen item. Ive been coming here almost daily for 5 years and nothing changes. HIGH CRIME IN THE PARKING LOT every day And bow this. Worth the drive I guess the QFC ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED OR CARJACKED Or have them violate ADA LAWS
This store has a lack of empathy and respect for both senior and disabled customers. Twice I have been denied assistance from their service department. First time was when the cashier check outs were all closed before 9pm and I was expected to self checkout. When questioned and asked to have cashier services, they stated a lack of staffing necessitated closing the cashier check outs. I had to self check out . I called to lodge a complaint with the manager and I was informed that cashier service should be available till 10pm. I verified I had shopped at 845pm and no cashier was available. Second time was when I asked to use the bathroom and was told no public restrooms after 7pm. The time was 715pm. I explained my medical necessity to have bathroom access and the manager still denied me access. RCW 70.54.400 Retail restroom access—Customers with medical conditions—Penalty Is a law in Washington state. Other customers questioned the manager until she relented. When I did get inside the restroom, the facility was extremely filthy and there was no toilet paper. Then when I went to purchase my items, the manager was complaining about me to other customers. How unprofessional. I don't think I will be using this location anymore and drive 5 miles more to a store that is customer friendly.
