Love the BOGO deals! I mainly shop Safeway for their sales and promotions.The location on Marvin is very close to my house so its easy to pop in for a few needed items. Their sales are awesome but to shop for everything I need, it's just too expensive. So, we needed shrimp to make a pasta dish. I always look for the best deal possible...I do the math. Anyway, I chose two types of shrimp. Both were raw and on sale. When I was ringing them up at the self checkout, the wrong price was shown. I asked for assistance and was told that I am wrong and that the sales paper did not show this item on sale. I rebutted that they were on sale and that I chose them for that reason. Once again, she told me that I was wrong. She hastily told me to go find them and take a picture to show her an item that wasn't on sale! I was in disbelief. I grabbed my purse and left my basket while I went to find the shrimp that I knew was on sale. I took 2 pictures and produced them to her. She still insisted that they should not be on sale. I spent 180.15 on this pop in and out trip. What ever happened to being nice and customer service? Shouldn't someone have been called to do a price check? Anyway, I bought them and made an awesome shrimp and creamy garlic sauce over bowtie pasta. 😋 Yum!

Don’t order grocery pick up from this store. I showed up a full 15 mins after getting the text saying it is ready and it was not ready at all. After waiting 20 mins, some lady yelled at me for “showing up too early”. When I explained I got a text saying it was ready she said “no you didn’t”. When I showed her the text she said “you don’t understand.”
I’m honesty perplexed as to how crazy this interaction was. Needless to say, I won’t be shopping there again.

Josh front service manager helped me a great deal tonight by going back to the bakery a getting a special order from for the extra large cupcake I needed to pick up tomorrow for my son's 6th birthday. I really appreciate his help and going the extra mile. Thank you so much and I will most definitely be using your services in the future. 😀😀#happy customer
