That new app is the most frustrating, embarrassing, and degrading thing you’ve made it mandatory when my phone won’t download it. I have to use my husbands phone because I didn’t want to give up shopping there but if I continue to get embarrassed and shamed trying to get the saving I should automatically get for spending ridiculous amounts of money from four different households I will take my business elsewhere. You need to stop embarrassing elders for your technical errors it’s not right it will cost you as well….

Worst Dosrespect I've ever scene in retail. They only had one check stand open and the cashier was off getting a price check or something and the line was three full carts deep. The self check was wide open so myself and another family choose self check. A manager and the self checkout lady chose to berate the family and insist that they weren't allowed to use the self check because they had more than 15 items. Why didn't the manager offer to open another register? At this point the argument took longer than what it would've taken to ring herself up. The line started building. Then they told me that I shouldn't have used self checkout either. Another manager came over and witnessed them inisisting a ridiculous policy that punishes those spending more money over giving good customer service. The fact that they just kept repeating the policy and had no idea how to think outside of the box when they were clearly short staffed is ridiculous. I'm actually upset with myself that I didn't just leave all my items and walk out. I'll drive an extra 5-10 minutes in the future to go to a grocery store that puts customer service first.

Honest review. I have never visited the pharmacy I'm sure they are great. I used the gas station. And that has always been okay.
But the store itself does not seem to understand customer service. That Is awful. And it's getting worse. Went today and the closing time is 12. But actually they close it at 11.50. I was told because corporate requires thier employees to be off at 12 and they can't do that if someone comes in to shop to sonthey close at 11.50. I am okay with them closing at anytime. But don't advertise one thing and do another. They store has lost its customer service capabilities and they are more expensive than store in the area like winco etc. This is not the first example kfnthis location and the lack of customer service. I only go there in a pinch even though it's my closest grocery store. Tonight inwent in just to get Water for my kids. And it ended this way.
I have heard this location is one that is wanting to sold for the Kroger merger. And if it is sold to someone that will being back a good shoping experience to the neighborhood I think this may be what we need.
So conclusion. Gas station is great. The pharmacy I can't judge as I've never used it. The bakery bad experiences the hot food area is basically hit or miss on a good experience and the front cashier area and management has been show to not care about the customer. Winco is only a few miles away. I recommend them unless our local Safeway can figure out that customer service matters. Have a great day everyone.
