Close to Lloyd Center (shopping mall), this store is spacious, well organized, pleasant and the shelves are well stocked. The staff is welcoming, helpful and the checkout service is fast.

I like this store because it's one of only a couple stores in town that does not make me feel like I'm entering East Berlin in the 1980's when they still had a wall with gates and alarms. So thank you to this Safeway for that. Its also kinda small but I usually don't have to wait in line for long, if ever.

I was at the Safeway check out yesterday trying to buy something that was on sale could not understand how the coupon worked and Liz walk over to assist me she was extremely rude did not want to help and was argumentative when I was trying to explain to her that I did not understand what was happening all she kept doing was repeating herself not explaining the process. This is the reason why I seldom come to this particular Safeway. I find the customer service staff to be extremely rude
