This location is always out of stock and employees claim it's the warehouse when other locations have the items available. I also want to mention employees lack of urgency from wearing ear phones in deli department. Who's running this store?

I ordered groceries online to be delivered the driver delivered to somewhere else didn’t even call me, it’s extremely hot outside & my groceries are just sitting outside somewhere unknown it’s so yea it’s very frustrating and I’m upset about this so I called customer service they said the soonest I can get my order if I reorder is tomorrow and it was imperative I received my groceries today so I had to do a refund but will take 5-7 days to process . I will not use Safeway again . There should be a better process dealing with peoples food !

The store is clean however as a new mom, not having a baby changing table anywhere in the store makes for an anxiety filled trip. I cannot control when my child will need to have his diaper changed so grocery shopping for my family looks like one of two ways. Spoiler, both suck. Either I’m taking multiple trips to the store each week and making small purchases each time. Any parent will know how difficult this is. Or I’m parking my half full cart at the door to go change my baby on the floor of my hot car in 110+ heat while he cries. I don’t want to accept that I may need to just shop elsewhere from now on because I’ve always been a fan of this location but when the local Walmart, Target, Sprouts, and Costco all have a spot to change him if needed, this Safeway doesnt feel welcoming to this new mom and her infant.
