I’ve always bought beer here for more than 10 years and today was terrible service felt like the where being racist because my id was from Mexico they kept saying , but it’s no my id is form the consulate of Mexico that I got here in San Francisco California and it states it there in my id even has my home address. They said you have your passport and I. Said yes but it’s a Mexican passport but I got from San Francisco aswell and they said only USA identification,they told me to leave and come to buy here with a California id like what it’s form California isn’t San Francisco in California or I’m I wrong . Never going there and my family aswell telling all my family and friends since he have the same type of ids

I ordered online twice. One time the items are out of stocks, but my card was still charged the full amount. The other time, 2/3 of my order were missing and despite their promise to review my complaint within 2 working days, it has been more than a week. Am I the only unlucky one?

The gal working late had seen me running full sprint in an attempt to make it here from afar and at exactly midnight (yes, I felt bad and assured her I understood that I did not make it in time..).. Still she found it in her heart - at midnight after what’s presumably a long and exhausting shift, to let me quickly grab my one little super glue.. (which obviously couldn’t wait until morning.. 🤔🤷🏼♂️).
It’s acts like this which are beyond the call of duty and are inspiring random acts of kindness that give me hope in humanity, even during the harder times.
