I like they keep 1 cashier there @night so u dont have to wait, but can get busy/sucks, well stocked, good size store thats lit well compared 2 other locations, con is staff not knowing alittle English to help find an item, happy they are open as they are, ill be back

I shop at other Safeways and like them. This place is terrible - I wish I could give it zero stars. Self-checkout setup is awful; requires you to switch back and forth between a screen and a terminal. I know tech and know bad design when I encounter it. Couldn’t even back out/cancel a transaction; had to switch to a new device. The “helper” was NOT helpful. To make matters worse garage parking was a nightmare. Even with a compact car the width of the spaces was so narrow that it was hard to get the door open to crawl out (I am thin). Advice is ignore the positive reviews and find another Safeway.

I had a terrible experience at Safeway last night. This store is way under staff. They had only one employee taking care of the normal registers and the self electronic registers. The current manager “America” has not knowledge of how to manage a store. And the only ones who are suffering are the employees and customers. The main corporation should do something about.
