I would say try it once. I found it to be satisfying, relaxing and has a lot of benefits.

I've been coming to Sagar Hot Yoga for a while now. Love the heat and culture/atmosphere of the studio. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Sagar Hot Yoga for almost 9 years now. I started in San Jose and now I live closer to Cupertino so I go here. I stopped hot yoga twice, once when I was pregnant, and again during the pandemic. Whenever I came back they were warm and friendly, happy to help me get back to my former health. Many yoga studios didn't survive the pandemic. The owners of this one became incredibly creative to survive. They offered online classes, virtual classes, the ability to come in alone into the studio with the warmth and do yoga with a video. They taught almost all the classes themselves at that time. They also got smaller spaces and opened this small Cupertino studio because it costs a lot to heat the space. In terms of teaching style, the teachers are all different and some styles might not work for everyone. However, for me, this yoga has kept me healthy and sane throughout the pandemic, and healthy and with very little pain after having having four children. I recommend giving it a try and getting to know specific teachers so you can build a relationship with them. That way they know where your pain points are and won't push you too much in those areas but will push you just enough everywhere else.
