Their chocolate is hands down the best for my chocolate fountain. Very tasty and easy to use! Very lucky they are down the street from me.

The only other 1 star review makes sense. Purchased a $500 piece of equipment 7/11 and asked the return policy which Jessica stated the only stipulation was not using the product. We didn't open or use the product. Called 9/6 to return and Rick said no to returning an unopened, unused piece of equipment. Some customer service!

They have a good customer service, James Damian he take care of me with not working machine they try to fix it and after that the machine still in bad condition so they replace the machine. Thank you Sagra.
