I got my hair done a week ago, and had my hair recolored 3 separate times already. I went in wanting cowboy copper because of the Instagram photos they post. My hair turned vivid orange… the hair dresser apologized and the owner had to come in. I was in for maybe 6-7 hours. They said my hair might have reacted with the dye oddly because I must have a little natural red in my hair. If it reacts weird with natural red heads which I mentioned I had red heads in my family they shouldn’t have done it. They redid it with semi permanent auburn, which I specifically told the hair stylist inperson multiple times and over text I didn’t want to do. (I’ve never liked semi permanent.) Then, once again it wasn’t what I asked for, they went in again…and it looked great. The owner was really sweet to help and try to get me to where I wanted, but it has now been a week and I took a shower. All of the dye is washing out, it’s not holding to my hair and I suspect my next shower or two it with be the orange I was left with the first time they messed up all for $275. Also, I was told maintenance is 4-6weeks. And now because the dye was washing out in a week, now all of a sudden cowboy copper last 2 weeks and I should have gone with a less maintenance hair color.

Genuinely the best salon I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere & employees are so welcoming & comfortable. No exaggeration, I get at least one compliment or more about my hair every time I’m in public. Moving out of state & I’ll still be coming back here and ONLY here for my hair needs.

Have been going to Alex for years. She has perfected my perfect “lived in” blonde style. I love getting Brazilian blowouts with her too, keeping my hair smooth for months!
