Their drivers need better training in how to talk to the customers. Our driver was flat out rude and unwilling to repark the truck. Avoiding SAIA now and will not do business with them in the future.

If you like to get the run around with the national headquarters then this is the company for you. I wasted a ton of time playing phone tag and finally had to drive 40 miles to visit the spokane facility to get the details I wanted as they would not give me their local number, that would have saved a ton of time. All I needed was the drivers number to find out when he was arriving at my store.
