The last review about no communication is correct. They have high prices to on top of that, after they quote a price then they charge to more. Plus they have terrible service.

This company is virtually impossible to contact on the phone. They will not give me a direct phone number for the Pasco Washington Terminal either. I just waited over 35 minutes on hold for a representative and no one ever picked up. Totally unacceptable.
