They stay started off with a couple of botches in the restaurant. My partner and I were served two incorrect dishes, of similar value to what we both ordered. No huge deal, the plates were still good, and we had to stay on track for plans later, so we did not send them back. However, upon leaving and getting a notification from my bank, my card was charged twice, for the same trip. Bringing to management's attention, I was told that they caught it, and already reversed the charge, however both my online banking records as well as live agent still do not see anything posted as pending reversal, currently.
Upon returning, we tried several times to get the steaming services offered to hook up to wifi correctly, and it did not work on either of our phones after multiple attempts, so we watched regular TV.
The room was right next to the Ice Machine, which was rather loud at times.
Upon booking over the phone, I was unaware there would be a $100 incidental hold on the card, that will now take up to 5-7 days to be refunded.
Coffee was cold downstairs, and the water container portion of the coffee machine in the room was stained and dirty.
Overall very clean building, grounds and room. Pool and spa were great.
All fees are close to $500 for a 18 hour stay in a one bedroom, with the incidental charge still pending and the over charge from the restaurant still not reimbursed.
Just not blown away or satisfied with the experience overall.
