Not very helpful they denied a refund and had a attitude when explaining management needs training to be on same page as the website definitely won’t ever shop at saks

Worst customer service ever. I bought a bag from them. They chose to ship my bag with veho delivery a company that is known for stealing customer items. Veho claims to have delivered my item in front of my apartment building and the item wasn’t there as they claim. I filed a claim with Saks and they declined me insisting that the item was delivered to the front of my apartment building so they will not refund me my money. Very disappointed with Saks.
