Great experience with Salgado's towing. They were the 3rd towing company I had called because I wasn't sure who to go to. They will be the first from now on. Very fast, friendly and upfront with pricing.

I'm not sure about their towing but I definitely would not recommend them for a car lockout. If you don't have lock-picking capabilities, proper tools, or even the ability to use the wrong tools without causing damage, you should not offer it as a service. I didn't get a discount, reimbursement, or even an apology.
