Moved to Bay Area from DFW 7yrs ago, always seeking local retailers of AA hair care. I've been a regular customer for at least 25yrs. Of all the Sally's I've frequented in all these years, this location is BY FAR and CONSISTENTLY the one location I've never found what I've needed nor any help or acknowledgement to speak of. Today stood in front of my hair care product section - African American for 6 mins - I counted - there were 2 ladies working. They said not one word to me, but went out of their way to help another lady one aisle over. I walked out of the store unacknowledged, uninformed and frustrated, with specific plans to do ANYTHING other than shop there again.
