Very rude, over a simple conversation the employee sounded very angry, was uncomfortable being around them. I didnt have a problem paying more, but they had continued speaking aggressively as If I had said something wrong?? Send them home if they cannot appropriately communicate with customers.

I couldn't even find parking ! Couldn't even get into the store that parking plaza is literally a mad house ! I was just in the area and I needed to pick up my curling cantu. Smh. So I went to my FAVORITE Sally's in culver city of of lacienga near jefferson they are ALWAYS amazing with knowledgeable customer service employees. I even got to use a buy one get the second off on my product at the other location. I will never be returning to this one EVEN if I'm in the area. ESPECIALLY after reading those terrible reviews doesn't sound worth it

The two women who were working on this particular occasion were very rude and holding a conversation in the back of the store avoiding customers. When I asked one of the women if she could assist my daughter with finding a certain color of hair dye the woman came over but not before throwing me a dirty look as if I owed her money or something.
