The employee who helped me out tonight was very knowledgeable and helpful. But I was a little disappointed that so many of their hair color swatches were missing because I was trying to pick a fun color and really wanted the visual aid.

Usually I love Sally’s. I order a lot of stuff here and do my hair a lot. But it makes no sense for you to be able to order something online then proceed to wait in line for 25 mins to get into the store. I called the curbside number which is marked on the window and they said I would have to wait in line as well. Maybe they are just working out the kinks but you should have a way to do curbside if it offers it on the window. But I wish you guys the best of luck and hope you get it sorted out soon.

The employees at Sally's were very helpful. One went out of their way to offer to check if there was more of an item I wanted. Being kind and polite goes a very long way.
