The worst customer service ever,!the manager looks for problems and I've seen her literally refuse service and kick out a girl because the girl wanted to know what happened to her 10%off coupon !!! previous time she was in was ,register girl told her it would be on her sallys account for her to use towards next purchase! I was in shock !!To witness a so called manager throw out a $250 sale bc the girl wanted to use her10% on her sallys account !!! ALSO THIS LAZY STORE MANAGER NEVER ORDERS ANYTHING THAT RUNS OUT! THIS STORE WAS OUT OF HAIR EXTENSION GLUE FOR A YEAR!!SKIP THIS LOCATION. TRUST ME ITS THAT BAD!!! GO DONW TO WOODINVILLE AND GET FIVE STAR SERVICE THERE !

Went to a salon the other day, paid an arm and a leg for a balayage that ended up looking brassy and streaky. Emma at Sally's was a life savor!!! She was honest, knowledgeable and really sweet. She's a very valuable employee, the best help I've gotten there yet! She helped me pick out the perfect toner and activator. She knew what would work with my dark hair with blonde streaks ..she suggested I do a streak test before I put the whole product in, and if it wasn't what I was looking, they will gladly let me return and find something else. My hair looks SOOOO much better now, fof less that $20. I'm seriously so grateful for Emma. Thanks again!!

Good selection and there is usually knowledge help for the at-home, untrained, novice willing to do at-home hair care. Products aren't always as high end as "professional only" stores but does carry well known and quality products such as Wella and Clairol. Good savings using Sally's Card (annual $5 fee) and great sales and coupon promos. Employees are consistently friendly and helpful.
