This store seems to have an issue with staffing all the time? New faces every other day and shows customers that there may be an issue with upper management. BUT, when we are helped we are helped by nice girls who seem to be trying their best. A little dirty and a little dusty but all around not a horrible place to be.

So I’ve only recently been coming in here but I’ve been coming a lot because I keep changing my hair but there’s this one girl that works here I feel bad for not getting her name now but she has an eyebrow piercing and bleached hair and she literally saves my life every time I’m in there. Not my hair my whole LIFE okay. She’s honestly just got the best customer service skills and knows her hair !

Sallys has always been my fave place to buy salon quality products for great prices. Also if you're like me and like to experiment with a lot of different hair color's or like to have a huge variety in color selections available then Sally's is the store for you. Don't worry if your not a licensed professional either as that is not a requirement to shop here and the staff is usually pretty helpful if advice or guidance is needed.
