Excellent experience Great customer service. Pasco Sally's Beauty Supply is my fovorite go to in all tri cities. They give me great hair tips. And always great you when you walk in the doors.

They're organized, but not able to reccomend products for my hair, such as weaving glue (I was told a product was for a specific style, and it wasn't, came out terrible) and not a very good selection of hair (for my hair type). But they do have a good supply of products. They used to always say hi, or ask if they can help, but things have just kind of fallen off down there. The last two times I've gone they walk away, or just talk amongst themselves when I come in.

They have the products we need. But most of the employees seem to hate interacting with customers. No genuine smiles or kind attitudes. Very unattractive customer service.
