I go here for almost all my hair care items bleaches, deep conditioners, shampoos, dye accessories. Most of the staff knows what's they are talking about but are no professionals. When is doubt do your own research first. And if you lack the experience and feel nervous don't do it until your confident or just have a professional do it. Cuz there is no magic cure for damaged hair other then a hair cut and a lot of time we're talking months like 6+ months with no processing

The customer service here is fantastic. I had questions about my membership and I was having a hard time finding my coupon but the sales representative took her time with me and called customer service to resolve my issue. I will always come to this location for my beauty needs.

I have been shopping at Sally's for years. Life saver for we who like to do our own hair. I would give five stars, but the thing is you don't carry blue shampoo for brunettes and never have. There's more brunettes in the world than blondes. I had to find a version of blue shampoo at Fred Meyer. I was shocked they carried it and not Sally's. Seems kinda backwards to have tons of options for blondes and not brunettes to tone brassiness. Please please please start carrying blue shampoo! There's many of us that would constantly buy this product. There's nothing more frustrating than brassy brown hair. Otherwise I love Sally's. Thank you ❤️.
