Super friendly is a understatement, I would call it oppressive. We walked in they introduced them selves and asked if we needed help I said no ,maybe later I'll let you know. With in 3 minutes she was on top of us asking ridiculous questions and gave my friend a panic attack as he has problems decided things under pressure. What the hell lady maybe next time someone comes in and says they are fine you should listen to them. She lost our business for good. On a side note they were out of a lot of products as well.

This is a small store but the employees are nice and helpful where they can. I have been a frequent Sally's customer all my life. There is no other comparable store that I know of, and her supplies have saved me so much in salon services over the years. I love Sally's!:)

There was a customer who said he was sold a wrong item and made it seem as if the beauty advisor tricked him into buying the item. I was there and she told him they were currently out of the item he was looking for and proceeded to show him what they had in stock and so he went with a different one. She made sure if he was sure that was the item he wanted. I came back later today to get a developer and there he was yelling that she sold him the wrong item. I was shocked. Poor girl kept on apologizing. I just wanted to give that doll a hug. Her and her co worker did the best they could to handle the situation!
