The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is in the hopes that the staff will learn how to count up that high. Do not order delivery from this location. You will end up missing item(s) you ordered and have random stuff you didn't order instead.

Walked in today to buy my fiancé some hair dye that she asked me to grab her. Who I can only assume was the manager came out from the back to talk to the cashier's and gave me a nasty look. She went back to the back office, jumped on the intercom and said that they are recording everything, and all merchandise is under surveillance so don t try to steal. Have a good time at Sally's. I was the only customer in the store and she said this right after giving me a nasty look. I'll never shop here again and neither will my fiancé. I've never been so insulted in my life .

The person who helped me tonight (December 22nd evening shift around 7:18pm) was ABOVE AND BEYOND helpful and friendly. I knew nothing about at home, hair dye, but this employee, kindly and patiently walked me through it. I left feeling prepared and excited.. . Also grateful for cool people with cool, short, black hair and who can be kind and helpful under the bright, stressful lights of Sally’s beauty supply— that place we all go to when we need a little extra shine.
