Went in the other day after work around 7ish and asked an employee for help regarding some hair dye. She responded very rudely and was very passive aggressive. I came to this sally’s seeing the positive reviews because not a lot of sally’s have good customer service. I came in with high hopes and left very disappointed and taken aback. I know people have bad days but taking it out on a customer is not the way to go about it.

The store manager is not only helpful, but she pays attention to customers' needs even when they decline assistance. Wish more people had a work ethic like the way hers shines, though. Keep it up!

Friendly staff, great selection, got hair dye for my wife here and the ladies were more than helpful to help us pick the right stuff
