Rude cashier. They supposedly offer hair color consult. I tried that... All I got was an eyebrow raise & just pointed me to the aisle where I can find my desired color. That's it. Horrible.

Picking up nail polish for wifey. Knew exactly what she needed. Went in. Boom, found it. Went to the counter and was out in less than two minutes ! All that while there customers being helped (4 of them)! Nice !

My mom and me had the worst experience with your service. We asked for a product if they have it and they responded to us with " No we don't have it so go to CVS." We expected way better service then that because l thought they will call other Sally beauty store if they have it. We will not step inside that store ever again with that kind of service so l don't recommend this store to anyone.
