I went into the Abbotsford store & found a starter kit (applicator, toner, etc. Also came with your choice of color) for $12.99. One of the customer service girls came along & said "I don't think that is the right price". Although the description was correct on the shelf & matched the product she denied me the advertised price & said it is $21.99 It wasn't the money that made me leave but the point. Who does that? Not going back. There are so many other places to go. Terrible customer service.

Today, September 15th, 2022 l had a great experience at Sally Beauty. When l walked in, l was immediately greeted by the lady at the till, Joanie, she said her name was. She kindly offered to assist me if l had any questions and l did. She was very warm and friendly, apoplectic about what they didn't have that l needed and recommended a new store to me. I actually got much more from the other store, all thanks to Joanie! Keep it up, girl. And never lose your beautiful smile 😊

Rude employee! Poor handling of customer service! Happy to not return! A real karen who works there. Get your eyebrows darker next time? I think they make you ruder? And go get your attitude checked. What an awful person! Wonder why she got cussed out? It was MY pleasure!
