Very helpful lady there. She basically told me how to dye my hair myself. She wrote down the times and recommended the proper dyes to use.

I'm honestly a little upset about my experience here! I went in for permanent hair dye for a Halloween costume, but when I mentioned I was probably going back to another color after, the counter person recommended a temporary dye instead. I said I'd never used it before and received Zero warning that temporary hair dye stains every single thing it comes in contact with, including my tub, my sink, my clothes, my nails. It also didn't come out to the color I wanted, so I was disappointed on a number of levels. However, the storeperson was very polite, friendly, and did definitely try to be helpful to me. I'm just mad that my whole life is stained indigo blue now, and I would've bought something more expensive if I'd gotten that warning.

Alyssa is beyond amazing a fresh breathe of air and so educating! I came in with so many questions issues and concerns and she helped with it all and now my hair is healthy and thriving again! She’s the best!!! And I will be back again to see her
