The new manager at Sally’s gave me the wrong products and wrong instructions to dye my hair from dark brown to medium golden blonde and I’ve spent 4 days trying to fix it and it’s still very uneven and is now extremely damaged!! She gave me color remover instead of bleach to lighten my dark hair and told me I didn’t need bleach. I had my friend that knows hair guild me to try and fix it so I bleached it twice then used a bleach bath afterwards and still tried to get that beautiful medium golden blonde I wanted. It’s now extremely yellow and uneven even after toning it. I would like compensation on my hair for the excruciating process my hair and I had to endure and the ridiculous amount of money I’ve spent trying to fix it all due to the new manager not knowing how to do her job and ruining my hair.

Employees at this location do not help customers. During my last shopping experience 1 of the employees was walking past asking if I needed help so I asked her about 2 different hair products and her response was "its just whatever you prefer, I have to go and wash my hands!" I ended up having to just guess between the 2 products
