Arrived early for our appt and were informed the stylist was running 20 minutes behind - waited 20 minutes and then an additional 10 with no update, no apology.. at that point we needed to leave. Such a waste of time - will not be returning.
**update 9/2023 Nancy reached out immediately to apologize and offered a complimentary haircut. She was great with my daughter and my daughter loved the cut. We will book with Nancy again.
Scheduled last minute appointment with Kathy and I am really very happy with the result. She was a bit rude at first.She asked me how much length I want and just cut off around 4 inches before even finalizing the style. I was very skeptical the way she was answering my questions but trust me she knows what she is doing. Also showing the picture from the previous haircut helped. I would visit again.
