Been going here for years. Recent two haircuts were just average or below. No response from stylist after letting them know I’m not satisfied. Will not be returning after years of loyalty. $250 better spent elsewhere.
Edit: the main stylist got back to me and offered a redo. Even though I appreciate the reaching out, I’ve thought about how it was super clear I was not happy in store and I was basically ignored and pressured into believing it was good - I’ve had numerous people ask me “what happened to your hair” over the week following my cut. I’m super frustrated, and unfortunately a redo can’t bring back the hair that was lost.
If you care about your hair, be really careful and specific as possible about what you expect. I thought I was, but clearly that didn’t work this time or last time I came. I won’t be returning ever again.
May knows the customers and designs the best! I always go to her for haircut even I moved to the other cities.
Most important of all, she makes my husband looks handsome 😻 it’s a huge difference like magic!
