I feel like they didn't listen to what I wanted, and over processed my hair. I explained I had a toner, previously lightened. My hair was damaged! It was in good conditioned prior. Also I asked for Olaplex, but B3 was used instead. I showed a photo what I asked for and I left with Brassy ok top, and white damaged hair. I had to get it cut elsewhere, and the only reason I still have hair because I have been taking care of it. This is ridiculous. I cannot believe I paid for this.
