Checked in early for my wedding updo. Waited over an hour. Once sat down they told me i didn't have enough time booked for my wants. Offered me a updo without cutting. Completely unprofessional. Due to being bipolar I left in tears. Never going back and telling others to find a person because if your a walk in they don't even listen when taking appointments. My day is ruined.

I have been going to Salon Zuberenz for a number of years now. For the past few years I have had Lydia color and style my somewhat curly hair and I love it! And she gives me the greatest scalp massage when washing my hair. Even though her price has increased with her popularity I think she is worth it. The salon is nice and friendly on top of it.
