I recently moved to the high desert and decided to give this business a try. My first two visits were good I was happy, with my haircut. My third visit was not a good experience. The lady who was cutting my hair asked me if I wanted a lineup. I replied by saying yes. She over cut my hairline to high up. The lady noticed where she had gone to high, and replied by defending her self right away. And saying that is how your hairline is. I asked her politely to at least try to make the lineup even. She asked another lady to even it out. As she was talking to her in spanish defending her self, by saying that is how his hairline is. She probably thought I didn't speak Spanish, but I am bilingual and understood what she saying. I understand that no haircut is going to be perfect, but what really disappointed me was that she did not acknowledge her mistake. When clearly you could tell she had over cut my hairline. I am disappointed and do not know if I would recommend this business to anyone.

I will be moving out of state soon and will truly miss this salon. All the ladies are the best! I always get high lites and style and it's perfect each time. I hope I can find a salon I like as well as this one when I relocate. Alma and Luvia have done my hair several times, they always listen and do exactly what I ask for.

I like the atmosphere. It's nice and relaxed. (I guess a wine glass afternoon would be nice). In LA maybe. Perms are a boring thing for everyone. It's been a while since my last one. Looks pricey but, Its nice that they price the tip into it, without pestering you with a cheap bartenders tip jar. If you need a nice place with sweet people, go here.
