I was just in this store with a few questions! And Katherine was just extremely rude, from the get go! I asked her about pravana color remover and she proceeded to tell me it had been discontinue for 5 years, but her attitude was rude. I then proceeded to ask anothe employee for help but she was still answering all the questions from behind the product shelf’s. I continue to have questions unfortunately the employee that was helping was not able to answer my question and suggested I asked Katherine. I went and ask her and she explained it would not be an easy process which it was ok I asked her something about the color and show her how it was faded. She rudely answered yes that’s what fantasy color due! Geez thank genious. I walked away as I was very annoyed of how she was treating me and talking to me for no reason.I said I would just go to another store and buy it She yelled “Iam sorry you’re offended or I offended you” I. Informed her she didn’t offend me she was just been very rude to me from the minute I asked her a question. She proceeded to say she “ was sorry she offended me” in her tone you could clearly tell it was not an apology. I said again I was not offended you’re just very rude for no reason. She said Iam sorry I ruined you’re Saturday as she walked away” I been comin to this store for the past 12 years and NEVER HAD A HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE LIKE TODAY !

Stopped in here today for some personal products. The staff was friendly, the store looked great, and well stocked.
Great selection of all brands!
