I love the tripa tacos. They make them just the way I like them. Whenever I visit the Mammoth Lakes and the Bishop area about twice a year I make sure to stop by at Salsa's Taqueria.

Big dining area. We had Surf and Turf and Fish Burritos. Both are great. The shrimps are good size real shrimps. It's not dry and very tasty with their sauce. Unfortunately fish is deep fried and not grilled, but I like it with cabbage. The Salsa bar is awesome. We tried all the sauces. Overall, enjoyed our dinner here and would definitely visit again if we are in the neighborhood.

The beans are canned Rosarita refried beans. I recognized the canned flavor immediately. I would think they could try harder than that.

In all fairness yes it was quite a while ago that I had that experience.
Perhaps you've made a change.
