Meatball sub was pretty delicious. I’m a big fan of their baguette. They actually have the marinara sauce on the side which is so smart. As soon as it was in the sandwich it definitely got soggy (but that’s expected)
We came in around 1:30ish on a Saturday and omg, not even 20 mins later - they were “sold out”. There’s not too much seating but we were able to snag some stools.
I thought the overall flavor wasn’t special but I felt satisfied and full. The restaurant runs by ordering via an iPad so they call out your name when it’s ready. A good spot to check out in pioneer! Just be warned they sell out easily.
Not worth the wait.
Waited nearly a half hour (25 minutes) on a Monday to get the grinder. Coming in from downtown Seattle this was quite a trek (~15 mins) and by the time I got back to the office, my lunch time had already ended.
Ciabatta was nothing special. The vinaigrette was too much (whole sandwich was drenched in it by the time I got back to my office), causing bread to get soggy.
The portion is pitiable (pictured — about the size of a soda can).
Go to Tat’s (nearby and faster) instead.
Pissed as I’m writing this.
