Joey from Sam Berry came over and helped me today With getting my car started. What an amazing human being, goes above and beyond. Super Helpful and knowledgeable. Didn’t leave till my problem was resolved. So grateful!! Thank you, Sam Berry, and Joey.!!

I wish I could give more than 5* rating! I bought a vintage Corvette that hasn’t run in years for a very special gift. I asked that it would be carefully loaded onto the truck being that it sat so low to the ground and all the body panels are made of fiberglass. They immediately recommended a flat bed. It got to the car before I did! And this was on Labor Day! So fast! The tow truck driver was awesome and took special care of our vehicle being that it was so low to the ground. I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks to the great office staff that promptly answered my calls. And thanks to the tow truck operator that took such good care of our car! Price was exactly what they said it would be and I can’t tell you how appreciative I am for these wonderful people!

I just have to say how awesome Brian jones was! I was traveling with my brother, sister in law and our kids from cali back to Washington when our rv caught fire. When Brian was there, he allowed us to get important stuff of our rv before bawling it away. He also made sure that we were ok and had a place to stay (as by the time it was all said and done it was 4 am). He was awesome with my 8 year old when she was talking to him also. Coming from a tow family myself, it means a lot on the manner of other tow truck drivers! Please from the bottom of my heart, thank him. You have great men on your team!
